Medium Size Deep Frying Pan
The numbers below apply to two servings and to be multiplied according to the number of servings ordered.
Boil sunflower oil for 3-5 minutes on medium heat in a deep frying pan (deep enough amount to cover the sambousak).
Once starts boiling, drop you sambousak for 30 seconds-1 minute (till it’s gold and crusted from the outside). Remove from oil and soak on a tissue.
