  • Pepper
  • Corn Oil

Needed utensils/equipment

  • Oven-Friendly Pan
  • Non-Stick Pan
  • Medium Size Bowl
  • Measuring Spoons


The numbers below apply to two servings and to be multiplied according to the number of servings ordered.

Step 1
Prepare your chicken

Pre-heat the oven on 180°C. Heat a non-stick pan on high heat and add 1 tablespoon of corn oil. Once hot, add your chicken breast and let cook on each side for 2 minutes (don’t move). Take off heat and place in an oven friendly pan then cook in the oven for 10 minutes (the center of the breast should no longer stay pink).






Step 2:
Prepare your tortillas

Place your tortilla cubes on a tray and put in the oven for 5 minutes (till they crunch).






Step 3:
Cut your tomatoes

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.






Step 4:
Assemble your dish

In a medium size bowl, layer the tomatoes,followed by spring onions, kidney beans, sweet corn, green pepper, chicken slices, tortillas chips then drizzle all with the dressing and add the cheese on top…Enjoy!
