Chinese Pepper Honey Beef

Tender strips of beef stir fried with Chinese honey sauce..sweet, salty and sizzling with a subtle peppery heat!

Five ingredients are blended into sauce to help you cook a restaurant standard meal in less than 30 mins!

Ingredients from your box

  • Rice Noodles

Ingredients from your kitchen

Needed utensils/equipment

  • Two Medium Size Pans
  •  Medium Size Pot


The numbers below apply to two servings and to be multiplied according to the number of servings ordered.

Step 1
Cook your noodles

Fill a medium size pot with water (enough to cover your noodles). Add salt then bring the water to boil. Drop your noodles and remove off heat instantly. Keep the noodles in the hot water for 5-7 minutes (till it’s soft and cooked through but still a bit firm and aldente).

Step 2:
Cook your meat

Heat a medium size pan on medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of corn oil and heat well for 30 seconds then drop your meat (don’t stir for 30 seconds) then start stirring for 3-5 more minutes (till the meat is brownish from the outside but still medium cooked). Once cooked, take off heat and transfer the meat to a plate.

Step 3:
Finish your meat

Using the same pan drop your onions and stir well for 2-3 minutes till it’s sautéed (cooked well but gives transparent yellowish color). Drop your garlic paste and sautee for 20 more seconds (avoid getting the garlic colored) then drop back your beef and mix well all together.

Step 4:
Finish the meat (continued)

Add the special dressing, bring to boil then take the heat down to medium and let simmer for 3-5 minutes reducing the amount of sauce (till it thickens and coats the meat well). Add salt and pepper.

Step 5:
Cook your veggies

Heat a medium size pan on high heat then add 2 tablespoons of corn oil and let heat for 30 more seconds. Drop the carrot and bell pepper and sautee for 2-3 minutes till they get a bit soft yet still crunchy.

Step 6:
Assemble your dish

Strain your noodles then add your it to the veggies. Add salt and pepper. Add the beef to the noodles and mix well all ingredients together..Enjoy!
